There are four ways to deposit money into your PerkStreet checking account:

  • Regular mail: Send your endorsed checks to us using one of our postage-paid envelopes. Or mail them with a stamp to this address:

  • Free overnight delivery: Use this form and mail your checks overnight for free from 3,400 UPS Stores® and Mailboxes Etc.® locations nationwide and get a tracking number to ensure delivery.

There are two ways to deposit money automatically:

  • Direct deposit: Sign up for direct deposit with your employer and have all or a portion of your paycheck deposited into your account automatically.
  • Online transfers: Move money easily between your PerkStreet account and outside accounts.

One way to deposit cash:

  • MoneyGram® ExpressPaymentSM: Deposit cash free at 18,000 locations nationwide, including Wal-Mart stores. Make sure to bring this information with you:
    Receive Code: 3002 – This code is needed by the MoneyGram agent to send your deposit.
    Company Name: The Bancorp Bank (this is our banking partner).
    City, State: Wilmington, DE
    Account Number: Your 10-digit account number – Do not use your Social Security Number. If this number is incorrect your deposit could be delayed.

Following is a list of the most common deposit types and the time it takes for the money to become available from the time we receive your deposit:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (also known as ACH): 3 business days
  • Direct Deposit of your paycheck: Same day
  • PerkStreet checks: 1 business day
  • Checks from other banks:
    • $100 within 1 business day
    • The balance within 2 business days
  • ATM deposits: 2 business days

Direct Deposit is a safe and simple way to deposit money into your account. Your employer automatically deposits your paycheck into your Perkstreet checking account and the money is added to your balance the day you are paid. Use this form to sign up.

Print out and complete the Direct Deposit form and give it to your employer’s human resources or payroll department and they will sign you up for Direct Deposit. In the meantime, you may:

  • Easily transfer funds from an outside account to your Perkstreet account online at myperkstreet.com
  • Mail us your endorsed paycheck. We'll email you when we've received it and we’ll safely deposit it into your account. Mail to the following address:

With Direct Deposit, you’ll have access to your money the day your employer pays you. Direct Deposit eliminates the hassle of mailing checks or depositing them via ATM every time you’re paid.

Yes. When you sign up for Direct Deposit through your employer’s human resources or payroll department, you may specify the amount you’d like to have deposited into your PerkStreet account each pay period.
