You can apply online in just five minutes with a deposit of $25 or more. Just click this link or the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of this page.

A $25 deposit, a driver’s license or other government issued ID, your social security number and a current US address is all you need to open an account. To make your initial deposit you'll need a debit card, credit card or check.

No. You can easily transfer money into your PerkStreet account from your other bank account online. If your other bank charges a fee to keep your account open, you might want to consider closing it — PerkStreet does not charge an account maintenance fee.

After you open your account and your initial deposit is processed, you'll receive your debit card in the mail in about a week.
