Open your account online and fund the account with $25 or more. When your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more, you'll earn 2% cash back for all non-PIN debit card purchases you make on that day. When your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is less than $5,000, you'll earn 1% cash back on all non-PIN debit card purchases you make on that day. To determine your starting Current Account Balance, we use your closing balance after all settled transactions from the previous business day. Pending purchases and transactions are not included in your Current Account Balance. You will earn 2% cash back on non-PIN debit card purchases no matter what your balance is for the first 3 months, starting on the day that your account is opened. A month is defined as a 30 day period - not a calendar month. There is no limit to the total amount you can earn.

In addition, you will earn up to 5% cash back when shopping at certain retailers. We will announce the retailers and associated time periods for earning up to 5% cash back at those retailers via Twitter (@perkstreet), our Facebook page or other company communications.

If you choose to earn coffee or music instead of cash back, you'll earn:

• Music: For every $100 in non-PIN debit card purchases, you will earn 2 songs when your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more, or 1 song when it is below $5,000. You will earn up to 5 songs for every $100 in non-PIN debit card purchases at the selected retailers specified by PerkStreet^SM.
• Coffee: For every $200 in non-PIN debit card purchases, you will earn 2 cups of coffee when your Current Account Balance at the start of the day is $5,000 or more, or 1 cup when it is below $5,000. You will earn up to 5 cups of coffee for every $200 in non-PIN debit card purchases at the selected retailers specified by PerkStreet.

You may switch perks programs at any time with no penalty.

Any goods or services purchased with your PerkStreet card that are returned or otherwise credited to your account will not earn perks.

Purchases of currency, cash or cash equivalents also will not earn perks and include, without limitation, currency from the U.S. Mint, travelers cheques, gift cards, prepaid debit cards or other cash equivalents. PerkStreet may require you to provide documentation to validate that purchases qualify to earn perks.

PerkStreet Financial^SM reserves the right to exclude purchases that we determine are not made for your personal, family or household purposes or are not made with the good faith intention of your consuming the item purchased.

Existing customers have been upgraded via email and now earn 2% cash back on non-PIN debit card purchases they make on days when their starting Current Account Balance is $5,000 or more.

This offer and the calculation of perks are subject to the terms and conditions of your perks account. We may modify or cancel this offer at any time. This offer expires September 15, 2010.

Making $601 in weekly non-PIN purchases will earn you $625 in perks annually (when you maintain a balance of $5,000). According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average American household spends $601 per week on purchases that could be put on a debit card, including stuff like utility bills or rent.

* The average debit card offers .04% rewards vs. PerkStreet at 1%. 17% of debit cards offer rewards (Source: BAI/Hitachi 2008 Study of Consumer Payment Preferences). Of debit cards that offer rewards, the average value provided is 0.23% of spending (Source: Survey of the top 10 bank holding companies by total domestic deposits, as ranked by the FDIC). The resultant value provided by the average debit card is 0.04% of spending compared to PerkStreet at 1% cash back with no minimum Current Account Balance requirement and 2% cash back with an Current Account Balance of $5,000 or more.
